Our Family Christmas 2012 ... better late than never

Our Christmas 2012 photos at long last... here is Elizabeth with her stocking of surprises which had an Elmo theme,  "Melmo" as she calls him, is her absolute favorite character from Sesame Street.

She also got some bibs, some Sesame Street character cars, a plastic Santa and reindeer, bibs, and goldfish!  She also discovered a new treat which got her a little wound up - chocolate covered marshmallows!  I don't think Santa will stuff those in her stocking next year, but mommy may find it a useful treat for potty training later on I think.

Most of the rest of the pictures below have me and E in them, Kevin was sick with the flu ( the 2nd year he was sick on Christmas) so we didn't take too many pics of him - we let him be the photographer instead.

Me with my stocking ( made by my mom - just for me)  She is making a monkey one for Elizabeth for next year, we thought it would be perfect since we always refer to her as our little monkey, she also makes monkey sounds and does mischievous monkey things, so it most definitely fits!

Mommy and daddy got Elizabeth crayons and a big pad of paper for coloring for Christmas!

Grandma Judy got her this music box, which she absolutely loved.  Grandma knows what she likes!

She couldn't get enough of it.  See?

We got a cute video of her playing with her music box too!

She also got some tights from Grandma Linda ( bright and fun )

Grandpa Van got her an Elmo remote, she loves to push buttons!

Grandma Judy got her a TMX Elmo, that she couldn't stop kissing

 It was so very sweet!
And he just happened to match her new Christmas pajamas from Grandma Judy too!
Below is a picture of all of Elizabeth's Christmas gifts, she is one loved little girl!
Next year we hope to be feeling much better around the holidays, I was sick just before, Kevin was sick during, and I was sick again just after the holidays.  Luckily Elizabeth managed to sneak by with just a cold, she didn't have the yucky stuff we did.  But it made our holidays so much less fun and isolated from the people we love.  There's always next year.
