Kevin spent most of last night installing a doggie door for Gus. In lieu of paying $45 for a dog sitter while we are away, he picked up the materials for just a little over $15 and made it himself in the hopes that we could save a little dough. I love that he is able to make plans for something in his head and execute it. He's so handy. Here's hoping Gus is okay with the garage instead of his usual spot next to our bed for just a few nights. Thankfully our good friends are going to stop by to check on him too. Three cheers for wonderful friends, handy husbands, and saving some money!
